Staff Management System
Download our management system for all internal shift scheduling, timesheets, invoicing, payroll, internal communication, surveys, and more. Our feature rich application is the hub for all staffing requirements and shifts.
Once you build your talent profile and complete our 8-step onboarding process, you are then able to be assigned to shifts. When you’ve applied to an upcoming and are accepted, you will then see every detail and requirement needed to complete the shift. When the day arrives, you’ll check in and out using our GPS Check In/Out functionality, and track your breaks.
You may be tasked with completing a post-shift survey, to help us gain more information about how the shift went, what the highlights were, and so on. After the shift has been completed, your time is automatically tracked and sent to the invoicing system, allowing us to complete payroll without any manual intervention.
If you have questions about your upcoming shift, you can message any team leaders inside the app! We have in-app communication available, and you’ll receive push notifications if you enable them.
Please note that applications are often reviewed manually and take time to process. We look forward to welcoming you aboard!
