Income and Expense Recording

Capture each transaction with category, line item, amount, account, date, and notes. Each transaction can be recorded in two modes: Scheduled (budgeted, pending) or Executed (completed and paid). For each transaction, you can: view complete details with version history, make partial payments, split transactions for better control, edit, duplicate to quickly capture similar transactions, and delete. Filter by type, category, account, or date to find any transaction in seconds.

Photographic Evidence

Attach up to 3 photos per transaction to support each expense or income directly from your camera or gallery.

Document Module

Save and organize your project documents directly in the app: images, PDFs, plans, contracts, and building permits. Available offline, with customizable names and quick access from the project dashboard.

Project Log

Keep a construction journal with notes and share it with a tap.
