This book is intended for those who want to study the financial management of an organization. Although the setting of the contents of this book is for companies (profit-seeking organizations), the authors believe that the concepts and logic of corporate financial management can be applied to other organizations, such as non-profit organizations.

This financial management book is different from similar books because the contents of this book are more comprehensive. Topics discussed include financial forecasting, budgeting, portfolios, stocks, bonds, mergers and reorganizations and derivative instruments. With this comprehensive discussion, it is hoped that readers will gain an understanding of financial management.

The writing of this book is based on teaching experience in the field of financial management. This writing process took quite a long time because it required preparations to make this financial management book better. For the time being, the author has only been able to present 14 chapters and it is hoped that each year revisions will be made to enrich knowledge and be adapted to global economic developments.
