Take control of your calories burned in each class. We do this by creating measurable goals and challenges using smart bands and watches, all in real time.

From Feedback you will be able to evaluate questions about your training, facilities, coach, etc.; that can be customized, resulting in a report with areas of opportunity, to create an improvement plan.

Do you have an Apple Watch? Synchronize your data with the iOS Health App to save the results of each class and thus have more accurate information. Only accept the permissions when entering the App for a better experience.
