Bykom Work Order Management

BYTEC is a tool that allows technicians to manage assigned work orders in the Bykom Service Panel, consult customer data and the installed alarm, including service history.

OT will be able to be dispatched at any time of the day, see events and tests in real time, and interact with the Monitoring Center.
