calculation mosfet circuits

Automatic calculation for electronic circuits containing MOSFET transistor.

The user enters data sheet data of the transistor, electrical data schema ,

the data input signal. The program determines the status and mode for the transistor: normal, pre-fault (warning) and alarm. Parameters are analyzed limits parameters:

voltage , current , power, temperature of the body.
