Meetable™

SeatIn™  facilitates reservation of Flexi/hot seat and workstations by the employee. The facility administrators can plan & release Flexi seat inventory periodically, on the basis of occupant demand charts and track the workstation/seat reservations. The application facilitates a contactless and easy to occupy seat reservation process, allowing the user to increase the booking time for the occupied seat, if required and ensuring that the seat is sanitized after each occupant/user empties the seat.

Meetable™  is a meeting room management playbook which digitally orchestrates meeting room reservation from anywhere-anytime.

The users can choose their preferred meeting room based on an available inventory of ready to use sanitized meeting rooms, extend the duration as required and invite participants.
