Caller Name Announcer

The Caller Name Announcer announces the caller's name and speaks out the message. You do not have to look at your android phone to identify who is calling. Your phone will announce the name of the caller while receiving an incoming call. And your smart phone also announces the SMS sender's name and contents of the message which is optional. The Caller Name Announcer basically uses a mobile built-in function called text-to-speech which is available in almost all Android smartphones.

Caller Name Announcer works only if your android smartphone has text-to-voice library. If your phone does not have this as a built-in feature, you can download it from the Google Play Store for free.

When this feature is enabled on your Android phone, your phone will announce all calls with the caller name. The caller's name will not replace your phone's ringtone. This feature will only reduce the volume of the ringer when the caller name is announced.

The Caller Name Announcer also announces the SMS sender's name and its contents which is an optional feature.

Calls from unknown numbers will not be announced with the caller's name.
