What includes?

-Personalized nutrition by macros (hydrates, proteins and fats): instead of a closed diet, you will receive a nutritional plan by macros, which we will adjust every 4 weeks based on your evolution. As long as you respect the macros you have established for each day, you can eat whatever you want (without restrictions of any kind).

-Specific supplementation: we will recommend the supplements that best suit your needs to help you improve faster, with precise instructions on their use. We'll adjust supplement recommendations every 4 weeks, along with your diet, so everything fits perfectly into your plan.

-Automatic Macro Calculator: we facilitate your daily diet with a tool that we have been optimizing since 2001 and that, more than “calculating”, what will allow you to build a diet to your liking every day, without needing to have knowledge of nutrition.

You will only have to think about what you want to eat each day and the calculator will create your menus automatically, adjusting to the macros you have set, which we will modify month by month as we mentioned before.

*Evolution plan with AI technology: you will be able to visualize your progress and the final result with our artificial intelligence technology, which provides you with a realistic image of your transformation, as well as objective data to compare every 4 weeks.

*Monthly report and rethinking of objectives: at the end of each month, and after comparing the results obtained with the expected results, you will receive a report of your evolution, which in turn will help our AI model to know you better and better, so you can be much more accurate when predicting the result of the following month.

*100% personalized strength training routine: you will have a different strength routine every month, with all the exercises that comprise it recorded and explained in detail.
