Canon Sensei

Canon Sensei is a new initiative by the Canon HRD team to bring knowledge one step closer to the sales team.

With Canon Sensei, staff will be able to have common product related details at their fingertips. Although Mobile phones are a deterent for Classroom training, HRD team has used this deterent as an effective training tool.

Another objective for Canon Sensei is to be able to let the staff take product learnings at their individual pace, using the Canoninja game quiz. Canoninja facilitates learning along with staff engagement and an opportunity to earn visibility for their knowledge.
