24 hora do Canto do Inhambu Chororó / Lambu Chororó - Sons do Campo The Inhambu-chororó (in English: "Small-billed tinamou"), also popularly known in Brazil as lambú, nambú, lambú pé verde, inambuzinho, perdiz, xororó is the smallest species of its genus, measuring about 19 cm. It is a bird with a wide geographic distribution in Brazil, inhabiting dirty fields, secondary forests, plantations and borders of pastures. Terrestrial, feeds on seeds. It is a game bird. In Brazil it occurs in the Northeast, South and Southeast regions, and in the North in part of the State of Amazonas. It is also found in Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay and Argentina.
