Capsule: Time Capsule Letter

Leave something from today for the person you will be years from now.

Write a note. Add a photo, a short video, or your own voice. Choose a date. Then seal it — and forget about it. The capsule stays locked until the day you chose. When that day finally arrives, you break the seal and meet a moment you had almost forgotten.

Capsule is not a countdown app. It is built for the surprise at the end.

CHOOSE HOW MUCH YOU KNOW

Every capsule is sealed with a reveal mode of your choosing:

• Surprise — even the opening date is hidden. It simply bursts open one day.

• Hint — a hazy sense of time, like "this winter".

• Exact — the precise date and the days remaining.

THE OPENING IS A RITUAL

When a capsule wakes up, you do not just tap a card. The seal trembles, cracks and breaks open in a small ceremony of light before your memory appears.

EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR PHONE

No account. No sign-in. No cloud. No servers. Your notes, photos, videos and recordings are stored only on this device and are never uploaded anywhere — not even to us. That also means uninstalling the app erases everything, so keep a copy of anything irreplaceable.

WORKS OFFLINE

Sealing and opening capsules never needs a connection.

GOOD MOMENTS TO SEAL ONE

• A letter to yourself for next year

• The first day of something — a job, a city, a relationship

• A message for a birthday that is still years away

• Your voice, exactly as it sounds today

• A quiet ordinary evening you know you will forget

Capsule is free to use, with one active capsule at a time. Capsule Premium unlocks unlimited active capsules and a richer golden opening ritual, and starts with a free trial. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and can be cancelled at any time in the Play Store.
