Carnival Computer College

Carnival Computer College is situated in King William’s Town. It was established in 2019 with the focus of providing quality training and education to all Buffalo City citizens and mostly underprivileged communities. Carnival College believes in the development, dignity, equality, opportunity, provision and involvement of all people.

We have designed more current and effective Computer Courses and training programs that will enable all individuals, including the Public and Private Sectors to have appropriate skills for the right market.

Our Goals include:

1. National Development Plan

The NDP aims to eliminate poverty and reduce inequality by 2030. According to the plan, South Africa can realize these goals by drawing on the energies of its people, growing an inclusive economy, building capabilities, enhancing the capacity of the state, and promoting leadership and partnerships throughout society.

2. Local Economic Development Strategy

Local economic development (LED) is seen as one of the most important ways of decreasing poverty. It must aim to create jobs by making the local economy grow and independent. This means that more businesses and factories should be started in the municipal area, which requires more people with skills.
