CarSharing Arezzo

CarSharing Arezzo is the App developed by TargaTelematics, for the use of the car sharing service of the city of Arezzo.

The app allows you to book, pick up and drop off the car with a few simple clicks. For more information see: https://arezzo.targatelematics.com/.

REGISTRATION: Download the app or go to the website, register and complete the registration by entering all the required data.

RESERVATION. Book the car via app or web.

COLLECTION. Pick up the car booked with your app using one of the 3 possible methods: frame the qr-code on the windshield, use the bluetooth command or manually enter the license plate number.

START RENTAL. Now that the car is picked up, with the App you can check the conditions of the car and start the engine using the keys located inside the car.

DRIVING. While driving you are always connected to the system. In case of need or unforeseen events, you can send a request for assistance via the app or call the support number directly.

DROP OFF: At the end of your rental, park the car in the permitted areas. Check the vehicle conditions via the app, put the keys away and get out of the car. End the rental via the app using one of the 3 possible methods: scan the QR code on the windshield, use the Bluetooth command or manually enter the license plate number.

Furthermore, with your app you have everything under control:

DASHBOARD: create your reservation, see all the data of the active reservation and the remaining rental time.

SEARCH: geolocate your position and the pick-up and drop-off parking lots on the map.

HISTORY: check the history of your trips.

ACCOUNT: view your profile information.

FAQ: find the answers to all the questions about the service.

RATES: view the costs of the service.

ASSISTANCE: contact assistance if needed.
