The Friends of Health Benefit Card subscribes to families through the website, telephone service and / or in the door-to-door system. The holder or spouse authorizes the monthly fee of R $ 49.90 which is for the whole family (not individual) and the charge will be made by bank slip. Upon registration, all family members will have access to services at the partner clinic in their city and in the rest of the country, in addition to other partners in the areas of health, education and leisure.
