For example, have you discovered a pothole or an idea that you would like to convey to the city administration? With the idea and deficiency reporter, the CAS app enables you to report your concerns to the city administration in an uncomplicated manner. All you have to do is describe the matter briefly, possibly take a picture and click on "Send". And your request, including GPS data, is at the Castrop-Rauxel city administration and can be processed. Thanks to a map display, you can always see which concerns have been reported in your area.

Notifications

The city administration uses push notifications to provide information on current events and dangerous situations. In addition, the app is linked to the reporting systems of the German Weather Service and the Federal Office for Civil Protection and Disaster Relief (NINA), so that severe weather warnings and warning messages from the civil protection can automatically reach the app users on request.

Your privacy is important to us. Therefore, we handle your data sensitively. The specified authorizations are used exclusively for functions of the CAS app. As far as possible, personal data is stored locally and not passed on.
