CIN PCDF

CIN PCDF is the official digital identity application of the Identification Institute of the Civil Police of the Federal District.

Now you can have your Federal District Digital CIN always available on your mobile device. CIN PCDF is a free application that provides greater data privacy, security, and convenience when identifying yourself.

IMPORTANT:

To use CIN PCDF, you must have a national identity card (CIN) issued from November 2023 onwards.

The digital version through CIN PCDF is valid throughout the national territory and has the same legal value as the printed version.

For your security, the digital CIN cannot be used on two or more devices at the same time.

Step 1: Install the CIN PCDF application on your cell phone. For the first access, you need to have the printed version issued after November 2023.

Step 2: Locate the QR Code on the back of your printed CIN and follow the instructions for code validation and biometric verification of your face.

Step 3: Done! Now just wait for confirmation of your data.

In a few minutes, your Digital CIN will be available on your cell phone for greater convenience and security.
