Cinnovate Assist App

The Cinnovate Assist App is a handy application with which a smartphone can be used as a nurse call device.

The App is an application fully integrated into the Cinnovate system for quickly identifying and handling care-related alarms.

Alarm handling has never been easier than with the Cinnovate Assist App.

A caregiver is notified of a new alarm message via an adjustable alarm signal (sound and vibration).

The caregiver can open the message immediately and can immediately start handling the care.

All information regarding the care alarm is clearly stated in the message.

This includes all information from the client, the type of alarm that has been made and the location where the alarm originates.

The caregiver can accept an alarm message, as a result of which the message is immediately deleted from the other caregivers.

This ensures that two caretakers are never busy with the same message.

For example, by opening a speaking/listening connection or viewing any available camera images, you can verify the alarm and remotely assess whether you need to go to the client.

Of course, a handy history list is available for reviewing the alarm messages that have been handled on the relevant device.

The Cinnovate Assist App completes your Cinnovate care system.

When using the Panic Alarm function (hardware button on the side of the device), the Cinnovate Assist App uses the AccessibilityService API of Android. This is to also detect pressing the button when the device is locked. Only data is collected about pressing the button.
