Civia

Civia is an independent civic platform. It is not a public institution and does not represent any state authority.

A hole in the asphalt, uncollected garbage, a light bulb that has been out for weeks, cars parked on the sidewalk. You write in two sentences what you saw, post a picture, and that's it. Civia turns this into an official notification, sends it to the institution that is actually responsible for that problem and keeps you informed on its own: you receive a code, and when the institution responds or something changes, we let you know without you asking.

You can also sign civic petitions, see protests announced in the country, compare city halls according to how quickly they respond and request information of public interest.

It's free, it doesn't take money from city halls, political parties or the government. You don't need a password, you log in with a link you receive by email, and you can delete your account at any time.
