Clean Room Design Suite

This app enable a Clean Room to be pre-dimensioned by following the chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic guidelines. The app allows pre-dimensioning results to be obtained by inputting only the dimensional data of the space, the application field and the desired classification level. It will be possible to calculate:

Air conditioning:

- thermo-hygrometric calculation data

- volume of the space;

- schedule changes needed to ensure the required classification level;

Diffusion:

- number of air intake grills, based on the chosen type;

- number of terminal diffusers, based on the chosen filtration level;

Illumination:

- illuminance calculation data;

- number of lamps in the dropped ceiling, based on the surface areas of the space;

Internal finishings:

- lateral surfaces of the room;

- dropped ceiling area;

This app is useful to identify the maximum dimensions of the characteristic elements of a Clean Room, which will then be the responsibility of So.co.tis S.p.A. to verify during the actual design stage, returning a detailed estimate by sending an e-mail of request.
