Searching for contacts might require a permission and must be enabled in Settings->Search->Contacts

Permissions:

ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE

ACCESS_WIFI_STATE

CHANGE_WIFI_STATE

These permissions are used to toggle wifi from within app (on some versions of Android only).

BLUETOOTH

BLUETOOTH_ADMIN

These are required to toggle bluetooth.

READ_CONTACTS

Required for contact search.

READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

Reading and writing data to a database for quicker search results.

INTERNET

This is used for billing and to display ads.

REQUEST_DELETE_PACKAGES

To allow for uninstalling apps directly from within the drawer.
