CleverApp

This CleverApp offers exactly the same functionalities as the Cleverdesk mobile environment. Most important advantage at the moment: you only have to log in once. After that, the app always knows who you are and you can immediately book your hours or fill in declarations. After installing the CleverApp, you will have to follow the steps in the app to link it once to your Cleverdesk environment.

CleverApp the possibilities at a glance

1. A completely new CleverApp

The new mobile view from Cleverdesk 4.0 can be opened via this new CleverApp. Link once and the CleverApp will remember your login details. This does not mean that working offline is supported, an internet connection is necessary.

2. A clear menu

Certain menu items are merged per module, the menu can always be reached with your thumb.

3. The CleverButton

The CleverButton (the plus button) under which all actions become available under your thumb is completely context dependent. This way, all actions that you want to be able to perform in a particular module are immediately available.

4. Always insight into your current hours

You can now always see your current and planned hours from the dashboard. By choosing planned hours you enter the agenda. When you enter the current hours, you will be taken to the hour overview. You can now see in your calendar whether you have already accounted for the planned hours.

5. Include planned assets

Accounting for hours contains the planned operating assets to account for directly.

6. Renewed project card and work order card

The old harmonica menu has disappeared and been replaced by a clear menu. The employee sees the most important information at a glance.

7. Digital Work Orders

See which work orders you have to handle, what you are scheduled for, where you have to be, who your contacts are and what you have to do. Finally, you have these work orders digitally signed directly on location.

8. An asset card

There is a clear company resource detail map where the driver or operator can perform his actions such as malfunctions, refueling and updating running hours / km. This detailed map offers space to add more actions and information such as inspections in the future.

9. Warehouse and scanning

The warehouse manager will also be able to check in and out with the CleverApp, carry out project preparation and return. Scanning is done with the phone's camera. So there is no longer any need for a separate expensive barcode scanner.

10. QHSE

All QHSE or KAM forms such as reports, workplace inspections and toolboxes (including videos and explanations) can be completed directly from the CleverApp.

11. Documents

All documents such as manuals, product sheets or company information can be viewed via the CleverApp.
