The mobile phone application is designed to expedite the process of meeting the needs of the city council

by the Negombo Municipal Council for the people of the area.

Through this, the sustainable development of its territory will result in the globalization of the services of the

Municipal Council.

It has also created e-government and has implemented eGovernment policy in Sri Lanka. Through this,

the benefits of the masses are immense.

This application enables implementation of 40 selected services including Paying rates /paying taxes /

boutique rent/business tax/ Bookings and reservations of Urban Council Auditorium

/ Playground / Crematory / drain and sewer cleaning vehicle

waste management and garbage truck transport Information Management

Submit all the complaints

Also, this application has been provided with many other services.

Only the submission of all kind of complaints has been implemented at the initial stage and the other

services will be activated from the 01st of July 2019

This gives the public an opportunity to save their time and to make their services quick and easy

This will be conducive to the public's understanding of the government institutions, especially local

government bodies.
