The Fitness Club is an App that assists in performing the exercises and activities within the gyms.

Created by a physical education teacher with 20 years of experience and understands the sensitive points in the academies, the Club Fitness comes to fill an area often overlooked, which is the service to new students and beginners with little or no experience in physical activity.

Its main objective is to support the teacher's activities, offering the student a resource where he can consult his file exercises with your smartphone, make the load change, monitor the training, all with a variety of multimedia features such as videos , texts, narratives, images and more.

Here are some key features of the Fitness Club:

1) Fitness Club replaces the plug exercises on paper by a plug in your smartphone.

2) The workouts are automatically created by a sophisticated algorithm that takes into account the evaluation of the student, starting with the PAR-Q questionnaire, through physiology (Height, Weight, Age, Gender), Level, Goals and Days training. Other variables are considered in the process, such as the frequency of use of equipment, the peak hours of the Academies and the training performance data.

3) Training sessions begin and end date, which is hardly the case with paper records.

4) The student can inform the runtime each year. The total time of the training run is automatically updated in the top of the screen.

5) If the student fails to train or to fulfill a training step, the system will send a warning of the delay, in order to help the student to complete 100% of the training within the specified period.

6) You can view the photos of each exercise equipment and their location within the academy.

7) The student can change the load of an exercise more or less. The new charge is recorded in the "form".

8) All the activities in the system are recorded in a history which can be consulted at any time.

9) The student also has a statistics screen on its activities.
