dev.log

Performance reviews deserve more than a commit graph.

dev.log is a contribution graph for your whole work life — not just your commits. Log the work GitHub can't see: reviews, debugging, mentoring, meetings, research, and the 11pm fire.

WHAT YOU GET

• Fast logging — wins, tasks, TILs, and incidents in about ten seconds

• A heatmap of your real effort, not only what you pushed

• Projects to keep work organized across what you're shipping

• A private record you can actually pull up at review time

WHY IT EXISTS

Commit graphs lie by omission. Standups disappear into Slack. By promo season you're staring at a blank page trying to remember what you did last quarter.

dev.log is the brag document that writes itself — one line at a time, from the moment the work happens.

git log is for your code. dev.log is for the rest of your job.
