Floating Text: WordPopper

Floating Text: WordPopper turns words you type into movable floating text that stays above other apps.

Type a note, choose a font and style, adjust its color and layout, then place it on screen. Move it with one finger, or use two fingers to move, scale, and rotate it. Arrange several text items like digital magnets without leaving the app underneath.

Use WordPopper for reminders, study terms, quotes, screen decoration, live-stream notes, presentation cues, reading prompts, or any text you want to keep in sight.

Key features:

- Create floating text from your own words, with up to 2000 characters per item

- Move text with one finger; use two fingers to move, scale, and rotate

- Tap a visible, unobstructed part of a text item to select it, bring it to the front, and sync its order in Floating Text Manager

- Dragging and two-finger gestures do not change layer order

- Use Ghost Mode to let touches pass through floating text to the app underneath

- Delete text by dragging it into the movable trash bin

- Double-tap the trash bin to restore up to 5 recent deletes

- Keep characters per line automatic or set them manually; manual line breaks are preserved

Opacity and exports:

Android limits touch-safe floating overlays to 79% opacity. WordPopper therefore shows floating text at up to 79% opacity on screen. Exports can keep the original opacity you selected, including 100%.

Text size and safe rendering:

Each floating text item can contain up to 2000 characters. If the rendered text image would become too large, WordPopper scales it down for safe display and constrains extremely narrow text shapes.

Permission:

WordPopper requires Display over other apps permission to show floating text above other apps.
