Keep going, together. -ing

Wake up at 7 a.m., work out for 30 minutes a day, or stretch for 10 minutes before bed.

Build the routines you want with friends by your side.

Every day or three times a week—choose a rhythm that works for you. Set your own rules and capture each achievement with a photo or short video.

■ Make check-ins fun

Turn everyday moments into check-ins worth sharing with hearts, lightning, sparkles, and more.

■ A little encouragement goes a long way

React to your friends’ check-ins with emojis or reply in chat. A small reaction today can be tomorrow’s motivation.

■ Missed a goal? Start again

You can restart a challenge whenever you need to. The memories and progress you’ve recorded stay with you.

■ See how far you’ve come

Look back on your check-ins in the calendar and turn your shared moments into a video to keep.

It’s okay to start on your own. Invite friends whenever you’re ready for company.

Still going. Still -ing.
