CNC Pilot

Using CNC Pilot, you can control your vhf CNC milling machine very easily and comfortably. You just need a NC file with the milling data from your CAM software which your milling machine processes afterwards via CNC Pilot. Moreover, you can operate essential machine functions with the intuitive user interface:

• Administration of several machines

• Administration of the tool magazine

• Setup of vacuum suction units

• Positioning of the axes and activating all machine functions (e.g. opening the tool magazine, setting the workpiece origin, starting the spindle and the oscillating tangential cutting head, moving out the workpiece stoppers, switching on the vacuum table, and much more)

• Starting the milling or cutting job

• Performing maintenance on the machine

For using CNC Pilot you need a vhf CNC milling machine with appropriate hardware. This software is provided free of charge with all supported machines (presently only the X).
