Drill to learn health through gamification while walking, increasing concentration

This app is a learning app that can enhance your knowledge about health (health literacy) by gamification in a "sugokuroku method" linked to the number of steps. There are five categories to learn with drills: "sleep", "meal", "exercise", "human relations" and "lifestyle". Each category has a lineup of original drills from experts in each field. Also, if you actually attend a lecturer's seminar in a company, the drills that are linked will be a review of the seminar, and the contents of the lecture will be firmly established. In addition, you can see the learning progress status of fellows who started together, the order of concentration and energy, etc. You can enjoy a sense of unity of learning

A major feature is the “concentration measurement”, which visualizes the concentration when working on a drill with numerical values. In addition, by using mindfulness breathing exercises (video recipes) between learning sessions, you will be able to prepare your mind and body, improve brain function and enhance learning effects. In addition, we measure effect of mindfulness breathing method with smartphone camera and calculate index called "energy".

This app employs a drill format that advances tasks in conjunction with the act of walking, which is considered indispensable to everyone working. It aims to promote health behavior and health communication within the company by learning and drilling.

◆ Reliability ~ Three grounds ~ ◆

・ This application uses the analysis logic developed by our company (WIN Frontier II and WIN Frontier Research Institute) based on the core technology of WIN (Wearable Environmental Information Promotion Network Organization), an NPO from the University of Tokyo.

・ This analysis logic has already been used in our Lifescore stress check service.

The "Lifescore" service is a measurement service that uses a dedicated sensor and is supervised by the Society for Human Informatics.

・ On April 23, 2015, at the `` Human Information Society '', Kobe University confirmed that the measurement accuracy of this application with a smartphone camera was 80% higher than that of a dedicated sensor. It has been published as a joint research result with Juntendo University School of Medicine, and has published several peer-reviewed papers in the International Medical Journal. (In addition, if it is just a heart rate, almost 100% correlation is realized)

◆ Brain is activated by walking ◆

Many reports have shown that walking (walking) activates brain functions, improving concentration and learning efficiency. For example, Kramer et al. (1999) trained subjects aged 60-75 in two groups: aerobic exercises such as walking and anaerobic exercises such as stretching. As a result, in the walking group, the task performance reflecting the functions of the prefrontal cortex and the frontal cortex, which control higher-order controls such as planning, setup, self-control, and working memory, tended to be improved.
