This requirements effort intends to define the requirements for the Conexiq ISM Mobile Application. This document only covers the task of Conexiq ISM Mobile Application which includes creation of new service request, view the list of tickets associated with the incident &request management. And the list of sub-tasks like creating change, creating problem, assigning technician, changing the status, viewing the log associated with the ticket and the linking of tickets for all process.
