Coaching is a process of personal growth through transformational learning where the client brings an objective to work and the coach, accompanies him to transform behavior patterns to act with greater creativity and prominence in order to achieve the results that they are wanting to achieve.

Coaching, unlike therapy, does not delve into the client's past but explores with him, his past so that he can find resources, looking for what is related to achievement towards the future, thus assisting the client (Coachee) so that he can do what until now seemed impossible to him to achieve.

It can be personal or organizational where it facilitates the members of the organization to achieve shared behaviors acting as a team; provides tools to confront and resolve conflicts; increases productivity and profitability, etc.
