Consilium Care

Consilium created a personal diary cancer and support cancer sufferers during treatment. The collected information can be transmitted to the treatment center. With this, the flow of information - even between doctor visits - ensuring and improving the communication with the treatment team.

Consilium can be used by the patient, the patient alone or in cooperation with the treatment center. Use in conjunction with the treatment center is recommended. Consilium can be concomitantly used for cancer therapy or in clinical trials.

* Create diary entries for general condition and symptoms (eg fever, nausea, shortness of breath) in accordance with international criteria (CTCAE)

* Warnings at high severity of symptoms

* Evening reminder message for acquiring being and complaints

* Capture of drugs taken, special events and personal notes

Overview of the course of symptoms over the last week, the last month or the last 3 months

* Information Center with recommendations for self-management, as well as contact addresses

* Establishing the connection with the processing center by means of QR-Code

* Synchronization of the data with the treatment center at the request of the patient, the patient
