coreIT

coreIT is a Google Core AR app compatible with your Pixel, Pixel XL or Galaxy S8. It is not known at this time if any other phones are compatible, but we will upgrade the app as more phones are added.

coreIT takes certain traits of the IT story from the book, mini-series and movie to scare the heck out of you. Complete with spooky 3D audio -- coreIT is meant to be heard as well as seen, so earbuds or headphones are recommended.

coreIT disables positional tracking and only relies on orientation. Just aim your phone in front of you, making sure there is some open space, about a 6' x 10' corridor. For the best scares, make sure the lights are dimmed. Also, keep in mind this is "spatial" app, and not everything takes place in front of you. You have been warned! :)

There will be a Google DayDream version as well called "dreamIT" that allows you to experience this in the complete void of darkness. Look for it soon.
