CoreXT46 E-Coach

The CoreXT46 E-Coach app is primarily focused on user consistency, resistance progress, repetitions, kinetic levels and periodic goals which are designed to strengthen the core and prevent permanent muscle loss and other issues associated with individuals who do not strength train. Over the course of weeks, months and years of training, users will be able to graphically view their core development.
