COVID prevention information

Patient will register his details with validating their register mobile number

Patient will provide their Identification, Comorbidity, Present Symptoms & COVID status if persists

For each entry a score will be generated, administrator provide a set value of total score

once the score is higher than set value or the test result is positive , link will redirect to the telemedicine call.
