Cozeva® is the provider-facing portal that is used by practice staff, clinicians and primary care providers for the following functions: certified quality measures, supplemental data upload, chart retrieval, risk adjustment and hierarchical condition categories (HCC) analytics, dashboards and reporting, secure messaging, preventative care reminders, and role-based access.

Cozeva®, by Applied Research Works, Inc., is an integrated set of technology solutions built from the ground up to support healthcare’s value-based, risk-bearing operations. Cozeva®’s NCQA Certified HEDIS® Engine processes multiple data sources into state-of-the-art data visualization tools, generates customizable reports, dashboards and our user-interface (UI). Cozeva® UI is designed to be result-driven and actionable for provider practices. Unlike standalone HEDIS® Engines, Cozeva is a certified Health Information Exchange (HIE) technology and is rated 100% interoperable by DirectTrust. Cozeva® receives standardized feeds with other HIEs, EHRs, eRx through ingesting C-CDA and HL7 messages for Labs, ADT and PM systems. Cozeva® also integrates with EHRs, supports FHIR as well as proprietary RESTful and web-service APIs. Cozeva® features address all of the critical levers of the value cycle—cost, utilization, quality and risk indicators, and goals and targets reside together so one can see performance today, run scenarios for tomorrow, and see what needs be closed out for the past year.
