CPO 365

This CPO 365 app and our website is open to Sailors who strive to achieve the rank of a Chief Petty Officer. CPO 365 is a requirement for all First Class Petty Officers in order to become "Pinned". This is just the begining and a start of our foundation. A foundation to know the basics of what a Chief should know.

The knowledge is out there and there is nothing stopping you from becoming a better Sailor for yourself and for your shipmates. We need to learn more about ourselves and our Sailors to become better leaders. Is it all in the CPO 365 Guide or in books? No it is not, its within ourselves and our Chiefs and our Heritage. CPO 365 is where it all starts and it never ends. We will develop ourselves into leaders with the guidance of our Chiefs and we will continue to do so after you become a Chief. You never stop learning or being the best at what you do!
