Crebri Tool-Box-Talk (TBT)

Toolbox talks are quick, simple, and easy-to-understand safety discussions conducted before the shift starts at the job site. Also known as safety briefings, pre-start, or take 5 safety talks, a toolbox talk is ideally conversational in tone and takes about 5-10 minutes of engaging workers to discuss their awareness of health and safety risks associated with their tasks. An effective toolbox talk helps promote a culture of safety in the workplace and facilitates a sharing of knowledge and safety best practices among workers.
