The application will be easy to use and understand. The aim of the application is to help and motivate individuals to adopt a healthy lifestyle. This application performs the following functions:

• Store username and password

• Store physiological information, i.e. their height and weight;

• Convert from using the metric system (e.g. kilograms and meters) to using the imperial system (e.g. pounds and inches)

• Store target goals for weight

• Calculate and store the number of steps taken by users

• Calculate, display and store daily weight changes of users

• Display and update the users profile information

• Capture and store daily photographs indicating user’s health progress (e.g. Photos of meals or exercises).
