To use CTBC Mobile app, you must have:

- Banking account with CTBC Bank

- An active mobile number from Indonesian GSM provider (please ensure that this number is registered in CTBC Bank system)

- Internet connection (via WiFi or mobile phone data packet)

CTBC Mobile works only when user has downloaded the Android apps to their mobile devices from Google Play, App Store and Blackberry App World. The application will require you to:

- Do the Registration process through all CTBC Bank branches or self registration through the CTBC Bank website.

- Activate your mobile banking User-ID

- Accept the terms and conditions and create your own password of Mobile PIN to access CTBC Mobile.

- After the activation process is successful, you will be directed to main menu and enjoy all CTBC Mobile features.

- Password and PIN are needed to access and authorize financial transactions through CTBC Mobile.
