CU Mobile

The official mobile app of Sivas Cumhuriyet University, rewritten from scratch. It brings everything students, academic and administrative staff need into one place.

Class schedule

Your weekly timetable, day by day. The lesson happening right now is highlighted, and the next one meets you on the home screen. Course code, room and time at a glance.

Grades

Your exam results grouped by term. For each course you see the exam type, the announcement date and the course average, with a marker showing whether your grade is above or below it. Results that have not been entered yet are called out separately.

Academic calendar

See registration, course-withdrawal and exam dates in the app. Upcoming items are listed first, and university-wide entries are marked separately from those specific to your faculty.

Announcements and notifications

Announcements from the university, your faculty and your courses land in an in-app inbox. Search them, filter to unread, mark them read, or swipe to delete - and undo if you swipe by mistake. If notifications are not arriving, a troubleshooting screen walks you through exactly which device setting is blocking them.

Requests

Send your wishes, requests, complaints and suggestions straight to the relevant unit. Track the status and read the unit's reply on the same screen.

Surveys

See and answer the surveys the university publishes. Each card shows how long is left to respond.

University portal

The Student Information System (OBS) and university pages open inside the app. If you choose to, your portal credentials are encrypted in this device's secure keystore and fill the form for you - and you can turn that off and delete them at any time.

More than one role

You may be a doctoral student and a research assistant at the same time. Add each role as a separate account and switch between them without signing in again.

Security

- Your password is never stored on the device; a secure token is used instead.

- Every request is signed end to end (HMAC-SHA256) and the server certificate is pinned.

- Local data is encrypted on the device, with the key held in the Android Keystore.

- Optional app lock (fingerprint, face or device passcode).

- Screenshot protection on sensitive screens.

- Root, debugger and tampering detection.
