Cubic Music is a very simple music quiz. Guess the melodies in random order, of any genre and direction: from rock to classical. Choose any of the three game modes: "By Category", "By Creation / Popularity" or "By Genre", then select a topic, listen and select the answer options.

   The application can be used for karaoke or just listen to tunes in random order. Upon completion of one melody, the next one automatically starts.

   Guess as fast as possible and score more points or just listen for your pleasure!

In addition to scoring points, the quality and speed of guessing melodies are evaluated:

- 5 stars: the average guessing time of a melody is less than 5 seconds;

- 4 stars: the average guessing time of a melody is less than 10 seconds;

- 3 stars: the average guessing time of a melody is less than 15 seconds;

- 2 stars: the average guessing time of a melody is less than 20 seconds;

- 1 star: the average guessing time of a melody is less than 25 seconds;

   Guessing accuracy also affects the number of stars: if a player makes a mistake, a penalty time equal to the number of penalty (withdrawn) points is added to the total guessing time. For example, a player of 10 tunes guessed 9 tunes in an average of 3.5 seconds, but he made a mistake with one, and received a penalty of 54 penalty points. In this case, the number of stars is determined as follows:

the average guessing time is calculated taking into account the penalty = [total guessing time + time in seconds equal to the number of penalty points] divided by [total number of melodies] = (3.5 * 9 + 54) / 10 = 8.55 seconds. This is less than 10 seconds, but more than 5 seconds, which corresponds to 4 stars.
