CueScanner for Android

It is a barcode scanner application that can be used on the questionnaire monitor site "Queue Monitor" operated by INTAGE Inc.

You can scan the barcode of a product and send the barcode information to a specific survey screen.

* This app can only be used for specific surveys.

Please note that the app will not function properly if you do not participate in the survey.

This agreement is written between INTAGE Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") and those who use the application software "CueScanner" (hereinafter referred to as "this application") provided by our company (hereinafter referred to as "user"). It is a promise to make about the use of the app.

● Purpose of use of this application

1. 1. This application is used by the "Cue Monitor" for which we have requested cooperation to read the barcode in a specific questionnaire and assist in inputting. Others cannot use it.

2. 2. This application is used only for the purpose of transferring the scanned barcode information to the input field of a specific questionnaire screen.

3. 3. If you are a target "Queue Monitor", please read and agree to these terms before downloading and installing this application on your smartphone. If you do not agree, you will not be able to use this application.

4. By downloading, installing or using this application, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

● Usage fee

The usage fee for this application is free.

● Target model / OS

The target models and target OS that can use this application are limited to those specified by us.

● Attribution of rights such as copyright

All rights such as copyrights related to this application belong to our company or a third party with legitimate authority. The right holder grants the user only the right to use in accordance with this agreement.

● User responsibility

・ Users should not use this application by any method other than approved by us.

・ When we deem it necessary, we may change the contents of this application or upgrade this application and change this agreement without the consent of the user and the notification to the user. The user agrees that there are such changes.

● Disclaimer

The Company shall not be liable for any damages to the user caused by the following reasons regarding the use of this application.

・ Impact / damage of this application on the user's smartphone

・ Damage caused by the user's inability to use this application normally

● Suspension of use of application, suspension of registration, cancellation of registration

If the user violates any of these Terms, the Company shall immediately suspend the use of the User's App, and may suspend the monitor qualification or cancel the monitor registration. In addition, we will not notify the monitor to that effect either in advance or after the fact.
