CVAK

CLICK mobile application used for payment of transport services. The application can be deployed to any entity and used to pay parking fees, travel or other charge anywhere in the world. Payment is carried out via a standard credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, ...). The service is not dependent on the type of credit card and exhibitors. The functionalities for the application and execution of a payment transaction is necessary for user registration portal for the city and service. The actual payment transactions are carried out using the service ComfortPay Tatra banka. All sensitive information is secure during transmission and then are safely stored by Tatra banka, a.s.

Installing and registering

1. Download the mobile application CVAK from Google Play or Apple App Store.

2. Install the application.

3. When you start the application, click on "Create new account".

4. Fill in the registration form: e-mail and password.

5. Click on the "Register" button. To your specified Email Add a confirmation email with activation link.

6. After clicking on the activation link to activate your account and verify your card requires predautorizáciou valued at € 0.01. The sum of € 0.01 will be blocked and then released to your account.

7. Click "Pay € 0.01" and you will be redirected to the payment gateway of Tatra banka.

8. On the Tatra banka enter credit card details. After they entered you will be redirected back to the application, where you see a message about successful or unsuccessful payment. On successful payment your account is paired with your credit card.

Login to the application

1. Turn your mobile app click.

2. Enter your login information and click "Login". Your account is active, if you made during registration initiating a payment. If you skip this step and initialization can make additional payments to your profile. The initialization payment for parking in Kosice https://cvakapp.sk.

3. After a successful login, the user can buy parking tickets.

purchase of tickets

1. The purchase of tickets can be realized in two ways:

          a) Click in the left menu "buy ticket".

          b) Click to historical ticket.

2. After clicking on the "buy tickets" to see all the types of tickets ordered by current your location.

3. Click a ticket you asked to enter a registration plate of parking.

4. Click "Buy ticket" you get a confirmation window to confirm the payment. Click "No" to buy a ticket interrupted. Click "Yes" to confirm the purchase of the ticket.

5. Once you confirm your purchase on your credit card will be withdrawn funds in the amount of parking ticket prices.

Operating time

1. For each parking ticket is defined as operating time (when it is paid parking period), eg .: 8:00 to 17:00.

2. If the user buys a ticket outside of paid parking time, you will be notified when purchasing message: "Parking at this time is not charged. The following toll parking period begins 30/06 7:30 to 18:00. You want to buy a ticket?

3. If the user has an active ticket and wants to re-purchase the same ticket for the same number plate and the current active card automatically prolonged.
