The Waste & Cleanliness application of the European Metropolis of Lille allows any user to report an anomaly at a voluntary drop-off point.

It is a civic approach that invites all residents to help the community maintain the quality of its cleaning service and to participate in preserving a pleasant living environment.

What type of anomaly to report?

The app allows you to report any malfunction or disorder concerning a voluntary drop-off point and its immediate surroundings:

A waste depot in the immediate vicinity of a supply point causing nuisance;

A full collection point preventing you from depositing your waste;

A damaged supply point requiring repair;

A supply point out of service because it has been defaced, damaged or vandalized.

The report must imperatively relate to a point of voluntary contribution or its immediate surroundings (radius of 2m around a point of contribution) so that it can be taken into account.

How to report? Flash the QRCode!

Simply flash the QRCode located on the supply point with an anomaly and let the application guide you.

Accepting the application's access to the phone's camera is necessary because it is asked to take a photo of the point of voluntary contribution.

Obtain a response to the report.

For those who wish, a notification is sent to the phone as soon as the problem is solved.
