What do we do?

We are a linking platform within a mobile application for Android and IOS that links small businesses and entrepreneurs with independent diligence workers to make a "match", in order to bring a product to its destination that will make a customer happy.

What is DILI?

It is an effort of common good and good will between the DILI administration, the applicants and the diligence workers so that a model of trust and security can work. We believe that it is a practical and basic solution in order to help small businesses that are being affected by the current contingency and do not have the mobility possibilities to expand to various areas.

What distinguishes us from others?

It is a simple model where the only function is the connection between the entrepreneur or small business and the diligence, this platform does not interact with the end customer. Which makes us stand out for its simplicity in price accessibility, especially for those who are carrying out their business compared to other platforms.

How can I be a diligence?

The stagecoaches are independent people who have no employment connection with DILI, we are only a directory for the people who offer the stagecoach service in order to create the link to support them to get delivery work in an organized and constant way.

However, for the safety of our applicants, we require that they meet at least the following requirements, which they must have at hand since once they register they will have to photograph them within the same app, otherwise they will not be able to participate in the applications:

• Fill out the registration form on the platform: Full name, age, gender, address, telephone and email.

• INE or valid passport.

• Scanner of a proof of residence that coincides with the INE (not older than 3 months).

• Valid circulation card (The vehicle must not be older than 10 years).

• Photograph of the plates in color.

• Current driver's license.

• Vehicle insurance scanner.

• For registration you must have a Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card, this is for the monthly app service charges.

When uploading the documentation they will have to wait a period of 24 to 72 hours for the validation of their documents. It is likely that before discharge an interview will be conducted with the diligence worker.

Steps of a diligence

1. The diligences will receive a notification according to the zone in which they are. The request will come with technical information about the service: type of product, approximate weight, time of delivery of the product to the diligence worker and this to the final customer required, mileage, among others.

2. If the diligence worker is interested in the request, he selects it and waits to be approved (if it is not accepted, no notification will be received, only approval will be notified).

3. The waiting time for approval is up to one hour before the agreed time of delivery to the end customer, so it varies according to the request.

4. Once the seller has selected the diligence for the service, they will conclude details externally to the app by linking WhatsApp, in this last point of contact DILI is not aware of the final communication.

5. If for any reason the diligence needs to cancel the order, it must be notified up to 1 hour before the agreed delivery to the final customer.
