Daisee uses your phone's camera and a warm, friendly AI voice to read

documents aloud, describe what's around you, find lost items, identify

colours, and check your appearance — designed for people who can't rely on their own sight.

WHAT DAISEE CAN DO

• Read documents aloud — letters, bills, menus, receipts, prescriptions,

signs. Hold the phone over the page, tap, and Daisee reads it accurately,

including small print.

• Describe scenes — point the camera at a room, a street, your dinner. Daisee

tells you what's there, where things are, and flags anything to watch for,

like steps or low chairs.

• Find lost items — say what you're looking for ("my glasses", "the remote")

and Daisee guides you to it with spoken directions.

• Identify colours — point at clothing or anything else and hear the colour

spoken aloud. Useful when matching an outfit or sorting laundry.

• Sense light — turn light levels into a continuous tone so you can find a

window, a lamp, or the brightest spot in a room without seeing it.

• Quick appearance check — the front camera flips into a kind, practical

mirror. Daisee tells you if your glasses are straight, your collar's folded,

or your shirt has a mark — no flattery, no judgement, just useful information

before you head out.

• Read a website — type or paste any web address and Daisee reads the main content aloud. Skips the ads, menus, and cookie banners.

• Emergency contacts — share your live location with trusted people in

seconds, in case you've lost your bearings or just want someone to know where you are.

• Weather-aware outdoor reads — when you scan outside or ask about the

weather, Daisee checks the forecast for your area and tells you whether to

grab a coat, whether it's icy underfoot, or whether the wind chill will catch

you out.

WHO IT'S FOR

Designed with and for people living with macular degeneration, retinitis

pigmentosa, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, cataracts, congenital blindness,

or any other form of significant vision loss. Family members and carers also

use Daisee to support someone in their household.

If you've been told "you have low vision" or "you should learn to use a screen

reader", Daisee is for you. It works alongside TalkBack — voice-first, large

buttons, no fiddly menus.

HOW IT WORKS

Daisee uses the phone's camera and modern AI vision models to recognise text

and scenes, then reads everything aloud in a warm, patient voice. The

conversation feels like a friend describing things to you, not a robot.

You can ask follow-up questions. "Read it again." "What was the date?" "Is the

bridge of my glasses centred?" Daisee answers, gently and without rushing.

You don't need to be able to read the screen to use Daisee. Everything is

spoken. Buttons are large and high-contrast. Voice commands work throughout.

PRIVACY

Photos are sent to our secure servers for AI processing and not stored. Your

location is only used when you ask about the weather or share with your

emergency contacts, and it's rounded to the nearest mile before it leaves your device. We never sell data.
