With our symptom tracker in the Data4Life app, you can record your symptoms anytime and anywhere. Using a digital symptom tracker is an effective and organized way to regularly document the status of your health. You can show your complete symptom history to a doctor whenever needed.

How does it work?

The symptom tracker works by asking questions about aches and pains, fever, and other common symptoms experienced by people with COVID-19. By routinely documenting how you’re feeling in the symptom tracker, you can keep a detailed record of your symptoms for personal reference.

Cooperation with Charité:

The symptom tracker was developed in cooperation with Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin to supplement CovApp, the online questionnaire helping people with potential symptoms of COVID-19 decide the appropriate measures to take.

If you’ve already used CovApp, it’s easy to import your results into the Data4Life app and continue tracking your symptoms.
