Days Matter - countdown events

days plus is a beautifully crafted countdown app.

"plus" means more than just counting — it's the anticipation, the excitement, the little spark of joy every time you open the app. The dashboard greets you with a breathing number for your most important date. Swipe through event cards like flipping through a film album. When you create a new event, a subtle light ray waves beneath the text field — like film developing in a darkroom.

Unlike traditional countdown apps, every detail of days plus is designed around one idea: counting down isn't about anxiety — it's about anticipation.

🎬 Original Animation System

Every interaction has a bespoke, physical-world-inspired animation:

· Launch: projector beam sweep + countdown dots "3·2·1"

· Dashboard number: split-flap mechanical display (like vintage flight boards)

· Event cards: film reel perspective with sprocket-hole progress indicators

· Card carousel: simulated film reel rotation with 3D perspective

· Create event: darkroom development — card fades from blur to clarity

· Date arrival: screen lights up, golden "0" with confetti celebration

· Delete event: film burns from the center, sparks flying outward

· Global: ultra-subtle film grain overlay — like sitting in a cinema
