Decision Support System - CHO

Decision Support System is an application developed to support frontline health workers to make decisions based on presenting symptoms of Child, Pregnant Mother and Other Patient coming to OPD at most distal facilities in Govt system i.e. Health and Wellness Centre/Health Sub Centre, VHSND (VHND) and Primary Health Centre.

Decision Support System is developed based on existing Government of India management and referral guidelines specific to the patient (Child/Pregnant Mother/Other) presents with symptoms at OPD services. This application support FLWs (Front line Health Workers) in symptom/s and case specific most usual clinical examination, Lab investigations, History taking, examination/test interpretation, need of referral, referral center, any applicable pre referral medication with dose calculation and relevant advices.

This application is meant to early symptomatic intervention in order to save lives with most appropriate and timely intervention before access to disease specific health care services, it does not provide final disease identification and complete treatment schedule.

Application is contextualize according to state govt guidelines where it will be installed and used.

Application is developed for only registered users (FLHWs) working within government system in various state of India. All rights of login credentials are reserved with various state government, government of India.

It is not advisable to use this application without prior training/sensitization and without permission by concerned state government.

Application is developed by NIPI (Norway India Partnership Initiative) for various state government FLHWs.
